1987 Haro Master - BMXmuseum.com

I wanted to build an old school bike to ride that looked good but that I didn't have to care about too much, so I spray bombed this one and slapped a set of AJK decals on it.Back in the day, I always wanted a neon yellow Team '87 Master, and a grey '87 Master. When I was a kid, one of my friends from the next block had a grey Master that was quickly stolen. This one started out as a blue/black model that was structurally sound, but the finish was in rough shape. The chrome is still shot now. After an exhaustive search, I was able to match the decal color exactly with spray paint, and the finish actually turned out nice. I decided I liked it too much to ride and scrape the paint off of (it scratches off of the chrome very easily) so it's currently hanging on the wall in my basement. It's not a show bike, but I love looking at it while I work on other projects.
