1989 GT Aggressor
**Update** I sold this quite a while ago, but never thought to mention it here. 1989 GT Aggressor frame & fork
This is a frame and fork I bought new, I believe in 1989. SN: 6890316 To the best of my knowledge this the very early aggressor and I've never seen it shown or sold as a complete bike. The later models connected the down tube directly to the crank tube. I have to say, as much as I liked the look of this frame, the weight and high top tube made it a short lived ride for me. That, and I broke my ankle on the darn thing. :(
I had it decked out with GT superlace 36's, black, silverside, w/ silver pinstripes cut on each side of the spoke channel. I later replaced them with chrome peregrine HP48's. I also had 401 flight cranks with sealed bearings, Shimano DX pedals, Haro group 1 goose neck & Haro bars, M-Jive grips, Dia Compe Tech 77 levers, 880/901 brakes(?), CW Revcore layback post, RL Osborne 1.75 tires, GT axle pegs.
I later moved all of that onto an older Haro Sport frame as I just didn't like that Aggressor, but , unfortunately, then the bike got kifed. :( (I got careless).
**Update 08-15-2010** I did sell this a while back. I would like to leave the picture up so people can see what that version of the aggressor looks like, however.
