1987 GT Performer
This is a 1987 GT Performer. Another custom build shown in black, outfitted with some orange. This was a cool build that came out way better than I expected. Only cuz this bike was pretty much made of extra parts I had collected over time. I had leftover orange parts from a prior build, that I really wanted to use. So I dug up all the other parts and powder coated them to match. The thread on the forks were shot and I was going to throw them away. But I was able to re-tap the thread and make it work. I only had to buy a few parts for it: tubes, gyro, decals and Skyways. Soon after, it all just came together. And that's pretty much it. I really dig this color combo.
