My wife found this on CL in the middle of Vermont. I am completely sure its a 1980. Really nicely built frame (made in Japan), sweet welds, Ukais, Comp 2s, Dia Compe brakes/levers, Nitto bars and neck, Sugino 170s, Sunshine hubs
