Founded in 1982 by Ken Pendergraft. Ken made his son Kenny a custom bike in the garage after he had recently started racing. Demand for the bike grew at his local track and he turned a one-time deal into a company. The annual production rate in 1989 was 1800 units. Models at the time included Micro Mini, Mini, Pro, Pro XL, Mini Cruiser & Pro Cruiser. (Information taken from BMX Plus Sept 1989).
