I scored this frame, fork, stem, bars, and seatpost for $5 at a yardsale. The rest wasn't so cheap! New Tuffs, Maxxis Holy Roller Tires, Poverty Three Piece Chrome cranks, DK Sprocket and Pedals, Poverty Sofa Seat.
