1997 Diamondback Reactor
auto auction find for $5
This poor bike has been abused. But i plan on restoring it this summer. EDIT: I kept thinking this was a 96, but i was wrong. This is a 1997 Diamondback Reactor. This is the first year that they made this model of bike out of aluminum. weighs about 22 pounds. TIG welded 7005 aluminum frame in a Ball brushed color. 1 piece 3 1/2" 44t chain ring. KMC HP-20 1/2x1/8 chain. Wellgo lu-313 alloy pedals. Hsin Lung handle bars. Lee Chi stem. Diamondback chromoly forks. 1 1/8" threadless Dia-Compe Kontact Aheadset ST-2. Kalloy SP-257 27.0mm seatpost with a Velo vl-247 seat. White Cheng shi tyres 20x 1.75 with mix and math mags the front being a white skyway o.e. (i want one for the back) the rear is some cheap mongoose rim. Blue AME pro tri grips. im looking for the tektro break that goes to this also.
