1999 D. Wholf Pro XL - BMXmuseum.com

After owning my blue D. Wholf for almost 10 years, I came across another!! Stripped it down to just the frame for now. Build it up someday. Only seen a few of these. There was an orange one for sale with my blue one which was number 014. Darren Chan has a blue one. Someone off vintage said they had seen number 002 in the back of a truck but hasn't been proven. Then a JR. size number 008 silver one was on the bay. And a member here has number 001 built up with high end purple components. He said he will sell it to me someday, wink wink. LOL. Heard there were only 25 made. The maker of these frames, Douglas Freeman Wholf, died earlier this year. frame is light and well made with clean, fat welds and oval tubing. Anyone has anymore info, feel free to share!!
