This is a sad story.  I traded my best friend a Kawasaki KX80 for this bike BITD.  It was set up really nice by a local bike shop (Spokes) in PA where I grew up.  I loved riding/racing this bike.  Only change I made was putting some Bonzai aluminum bars on it.  Years later I sold it to buy a cruiser, and move to the west coast with the understanding that if the purchaser (my friend at the time) ever sold it, he would call me first.  Years go by, the guy goes to move to the west coast, tells me he wants me to have the bike back.  In the mean time I see "Joe Kid on a Stingray"  and I try to get a hold of him to buy it, but to no avail.  A month after I've called him numerous times, he emails me and tells me he just sold it on ebay to a guy in the UK. : (  I've been rebuilding bikes ever since, trying to achieve the same feeling I had the first time I rode this Cyclecraft.  -Rant
