Rare 1980 Boss looptail 26
Bought this from a friend here off the Museum about a year ago done a lot of research on these rare birds. Bike has oringinal Oakland Boss cruiser bars uncut, L&S fork with new chrome, Roger Decoster De grips very rare, DK inverted stem for now, Dia Compe mountain bike lever custom bent by me, Polished Araya 7x rims, DT spokes, Blue Campy small flange hubs, Boss cranks re chromed 180mm 2nd generation were Brian Patterson's off his last race cruiser, Frame pad was Cecil Johns at one time, Dia Compe mx 1000 rear brake with finned silver Mathauser brake pads. DC style seat clamp,Chromoly seat post,MCS seat, Redline platform pedals, Boss spider, Tuf neck 39 tooth gear. Some real history on this bike, decals were custom made.
