1994 Basic Bykes Small Town Hick
One of the Standard Bykes that became Basic frames.
This is the earliest version of the Small Town Hick. Basic began by buying an order of frames that Standard had refused after having quality issues. These were supposed to be Standard Shortys, but the welding wasn't up to Standard's specs. They became Basics... they were sold, after which, the second series was created with a new frame design. Basics can be identified, in part by the gusset or brace added to the headtube area.
