1988 Aerolite Streethawk

SORT OF MODELED AFTER THE CW LINE

I got this bike last year some time, and have loved it ever since. I'm really not familiar with AERO or (AEROLITE) as it's called, but it seems to have been a pretty top end bike. Most department store bikes came with kind of shotty components; dont get me wrong i used to love department store stuff, thats really all my family could afford at the time. One that comes to mind was the Western Auto (Freedom II), i loved that thing. Anyhow if you are a CW nut like i used to be you'll notice alot of parts were carboned on this bike. Notice the stem, the chainring, the seat tube standing platform, screw in peg area on rear dropouts. Then you've got the angled downtub like the GT performer and the Skyway style handle bars; it's like they took all the cool aspecs of different bike companies and combined it all into one bike. Nice setup, i hope you like it as much as i do!
